
Under this concept, we asked ourselves what else to do with our surplus? As we love to innovate and explore new alternatives, we started to transform part of our fruit into jams, sweets and jellies.
Our commitment is then to elaborate jams with love and dedication, using family recipes, all in an artisan way. We use natural and organic ingredients and our methods are traditional and we make them in small batches, thus ensuring high quality products in every jar.
By choosing to transform our surplus into products such as jams, we aim to reduce food waste and make the most of the resources we grow. This initiative allows us to give a new purpose to fruit that is not directly marketed, thus avoiding waste and generating delicious and sustainable products.
More than 30% of the food produced in the world ends up in the rubbish. What is thrown away could feed the entire population of the Earth today and that expected by 2050.

Nature is wise and gives us what our bodies need in every season. Out of season, garden produce is kept in giant refrigerators for weeks or months. So much cold means generating a few tonnes of CO₂, and it also makes them lose their flavour.
